1. Mindfulness Meditation

In mindfulness meditation, you pay attention to your thoughts as they pass through your mind.

You simply observe and take note of any patterns. This practice combines concentration with awareness.

You may find it helpful to focus on an object or your breath while you observe any bodily sensations, thoughts, or feelings.

This type of meditation is good for people who don’t have a teacher to guide them, as it can be easily practiced alone.

2. Spiritual Meditation

It’s similar to prayer in that you reflect on the silence around you and seek a deeper connection with your God or Universe.

Essential oils are commonly used to heighten the spiritual experience. Popular options include:

  • Frankincense
  • Myrrh
  • Sage
  • Cedar
  • Sandalwood
  • Palo santo

Spiritual meditation can be practiced at home or in a place of worship.

This practice is beneficial for those who thrive in silence and seek spiritual growth.

3. Focused Meditation

Focused meditation involves concentration using any of the five senses.

For example, you can focus on something internal, like your breath, or you can bring in external influences to help focus your attention.

Try counting mala beads, listening to a gong, or staring at a candle flame.

This practice may be simple in theory, but it can be difficult for beginners to hold their focus for longer than a few minutes at first.

If your mind does wander, it’s important to come back to the practice and refocus.

As the name suggests, this practice is ideal for anyone who requires additional focus in their life.

4. Movement Meditation

Although most people think of yoga when they hear movement meditation,

this practice may include walking through the woods, gardening, qigong, and other gentle forms of motion.

It’s an active form of meditation where the movement guides you.

Movement meditation is good for people who find peace in action and prefer to let their minds wander.

5. Mantra Meditation

Mantra meditation is prominent in many teachings, including Hindu and Buddhist traditions.

This type of meditation uses a repetitive sound to clear the mind. It can be a word, phrase, or sound, such as the popular “Om.”

It doesn’t matter if your mantra is spoken loudly or quietly.

After chanting the mantra for some time, you’ll be more alert and in tune with your environment.

This allows you to experience deeper levels of awareness.

Some people enjoy mantra meditation because they find it easier to focus on a word than on their breath.

This is also a good practice for people who don’t like silence and enjoy repetition.

6. Transcendental Meditation

Transcendental Meditation is a popular type of meditation.

This practice has been the subject of numerous studies in the scientific community.

It is more customizable than mantra meditation, using a mantra or series of words that are specific to each practitioner.

This practice is for those who like structure and are serious about maintaining a meditation practice.

7. Progressive Relaxation

Also known as body scan meditation, progressive relaxation is a practice aimed at reducing tension in the body and promoting relaxation. Oftentimes, this form of meditation involves slowly tightening and relaxing one muscle group at a time throughout the body.

In some cases, it may also encourage you to imagine a gentle wave flowing through your body to help release any tension.

This form of meditation is often used to relieve stress and unwind before bedtime.

You can use meditation to boost their mood, reduce stress levels, and promote inner peace.

Good luck, and if some of the above types of meditation don’t suit you.

You can try other types of meditation that suit you and can make you more comfortable or calm.

Ascension, by definition, is the path of those who are choosing to consciously step into a higher level of light.

It's a personal choice to boldly step into the unknown in order to expand into an experience that is entirely new.

Ascension is actively choosing to evolve into higher consciousness.

this is called ascension and what these you know what these groups will learn the cabal the main
thing what they're trying to do on planet earth is to make us to stop us ascending to stop us being
aware of ascension that is what this is all about you know we talk about ti's we talk about we talk
about the deep state this is what it's about that one word ascension and people don't realize that
it's about ascension this whole thing is about energy ascension and ascension is essentially
um a shifting of vibration a shifting of consciousness so that when we um when we lift our
vibration and when we start eating pure diets you know what more food or like vegan food
more food that really gives us some vital energy we start really taking care of our body through
health through exercise through you know mindfulness through healing work and so
forth ascension work and so forth then we really start to lift our vibration we really start to transform
our consciousness into one or more of peace love and joy and these states of consciousness are not
good for these groups who are trying to oppress us because as soon as we elevate our
consciousness to that level where this is our natural state you know that love that peace and love joy and that
spiritual understanding and that connection to god you know to our own soul to the universe to energy
whatever you want to call it same thing when we have reached that level and that level
of connection we realize that we're all one and we're all connected we're all part of this this quantum super all part
of this this cosmic universe we're all part of this this love this brotherhood this oneness whatever you want to call it
when we realize that we will awaken to such a degree that we will no longer well the programs will fall apart as a
direct result of that naturally because everything is energy and so naturally these these stuck dense
negative energy will naturally dissipate and will purify and become more spiritual enlightened
you know love peace joy etc but also as a direct result of people awakening people will also
 start to realize what has been happening to us you know this is not something that's just been going on
a couple of years this is something that's been thousands and thousands and thousands of years
in the making the suppression of humanity by these alien groups you know and you know this is written about in
the bible you know talking about the annunaki and watchers and all these groups it's
written by all the sacred texts it's written about all the ancient civilizations and the cave pains on the
walls and the temples this is nothing new humanity has been oppressed so long to such a degree that we're no longer able
to jump over that frequency phase but to that state of consciousness where we can where we know this stuff or where
we're even able to go about looking about it and investigating it it's like it's like you know the phrase the wood
for the trees where someone could tell you this stuff and some people it will literally be like a
blank like you could tell them and it would be it's just going straight through it's like you know not seeing the wood for the
trees it's it's they've they've not either researched this enough or they've not elevated their consciousness enough to the point
where they could actually where where it would sink in and go aha this makes sense this just feels right i
know this is true and i'm not recommending anyone just to to do that and just to go oh i feel it's true
therefore it must be true but it is that kind of recognition and knowing that the more people that awaken
in this great awakening as we as we call it but the more people will get that are hard recognition
where they'll start hearing this information or they'll come across it naturally because they'll be attracting it all of
a sudden as a result of their their consciousness their their healing because they're healing their own conscience to start to
attract it and all of a sudden they'll get that recognition upon hearing it but hey this is true and hey um
[Music] you know i i can face this i can deal with this because a lot of people will
unfortunately want to turn their backs away from this and don't want to deal
with the consequences of having to confront a new reality because it feels so much more
comfortable to stay with the reality that they know you know the physical 3d reality
you know the reality of physical matter and the earth and you know the um the knight of five
reality you know everything and when people start to break out that can be very terrifying
terrifying things is i'm sure you've experienced in your own life you know when people start to break out of that
it can be very frightening can be very um disorientating for the individual to have to try and put the pieces together
and so a lot of the time people just say oh i don't like that you know that feels uncomfortable
so you know i'm not gonna believe that i'm gonna i'm gonna push that to one side and just not believe it
so you know i'm just really trying to encourage people i guess and even in the ti community just to kind of sum this up
is to protect themselves to really start to realize that this is all about ascension and about energy and this is a spiritual
war not just the technological one but also trying um my um recommendation would be to go out and
research some of this you know because this is actually your best protection by learning how to raise your vibration and
change your level of consciousness or you know evolve spiritually you're actually
protecting yourself from the effects of these directed energy assaults and from this mind control
you're bringing more energy into your body more vitality more ability to control your mind
more um more intuition more awareness and with that you can fight back better
as well you can also um make sense of things better you have more confidence you have more energy
you're less effective in a health sense by the attacks um so i would really encourage people to
start learning you know how to um you know how things like mindfulness and how to evolve spiritually how to stay in
the present moment and how to expand their consciousness through living in the heart living in the present moment
you know living with more compassion um with more wisdom you know learning ascension energy
techniques learning some simple energy techniques like reiki and tapping and there's many different ones you keep
acting punchy acupressure these are all great things to learn and the more  energy work and healing work you're
doing yourself the more you start to eat clean diets lots of raw food more you start to do exercise go to the
gym every day do yoga yoga is fantastic then the more you'll start to empower yourself and the more that you'll be able to um
fight back and start to really you know enjoy your life you know again and i'm not saying you know it's easy because
i still have really really challenging days there are some times where you know it's really really strong and
i'm just feeling very fatigued because i'm being assaulted like 24 7 even when i sleep and i you know i get up in my
life this big cloudy feeling around my mind but with knowledge of these healing techniques or this
mindfulness you know these ascension techniques i'm able to shift that energy out that negative energy and i'm able to bring
energy back into myself and fight fight again and have the energy to do that and so i just really want to point out and
to say that that's really key is the people's best defense in this it's not just using shielding techniques to
shield your mind and your brain and your body you know from the earth art effects that hitting you it's actually
investing in personal development maybe half an hour every day an hour every day until you have got some very solid healing
and personal development techniques down that are going to transform your life so this is the way to create more leaders
in the community and to create more people who are empowered and more people who can work together an effective team
communicate effectively is by starting with self yeah by learning personal development you know reading personal development books
you know life coaches like tony robbins are great you know for empowering yourself books like the power of now by eckhart
tolle is very good for people learning about mindfulness a new earth by a capital also very good books on the law
of attraction for example the secret is a good introduction
the main steps would be
learning personal development i would
say learning about the law of attraction
or the power of prayer to create your reality
and um you know i would say learning
about leadership as well that's another
great skill that people could learn
and obviously learning about ascension
as well that's part of and
if people are not able let's look at
this really simply people are not able to
um progress as much as they'd like as a
community in the target individual community
the reason for that is either because
the mind control is too oppressive or
the people are not empowered enough to do it
and it's a it's a catch-22 situation
because obviously we know that mind
control is very powerful and is very strong
but also that it is
it oppresses your consciousness to a
level where you just you you're just not as aware
you know i remember like before this
happened to me i remember i used to have
a clear head and i could just naturally
go about my day and do what i wanted
like okay think thought do that i think
thought do that now i've got a list of
interference coming where it's like i
want to do that and then i'm getting
some like ai frequency response trying to get me
to do something else
and so this has suppressed people's
level of consciousness the level of awareness
possibly three to four times less in
their usable consciousness how they're
able to concentrate during the day
because of that and so the first thing we need to do is
start to win back that battle of consciousness of mind control by
empowering ourselves through personal development
through spirituality through mindfulness through healing techniques
by energy by energy hearing techniques because this will bring more energy back
into us and then we will be able to fight that energetic control frequency
energy same things all energy it's energy fighting for your energy trying
to control your energy we will be able to fight against that energetic control
more effectively because because we
have more energy because we are in um
improving our consciousness um expanding
our consciousness you know and there are so many ways that
we can do that and even just a few simple techniques can really go a long
way for nti you don't have to become the next you know tony robbins or
you know uh famous leader out there but even just a
few simple techniques and a few goal setting exercises and just kind of
looking at your psyche and re-evaluating hey what are my limiting beliefs what
are my empowering beliefs and trying to break them down really start that
self-inquiry process and go a long long way to an individual you know maybe only
being able to manage to survive and every now and again for a post on
facebook about this after pondering for it for a long time
because i know what that's like i've been in that situation myself before
where you're so gripped in fear that you know the most that you can do is
like you know like a post a day or something and i was i was so heavily
mind controlled for such a long time before i fully realized what was going
on and really use what i knew to find out that they changed my whole
my whole personality you know and isolated me from everyone and so i know
what that's like and you can go from that person who is afraid to fight is
afraid to even admit it's going on and there are many out there this is going
on but they don't even know it you can go from that person or the person who is
who wants to be effective but can't find the strength to break through that fear
and start being an activist and posting online
and joining groups and so forth you can go from that to being completely
empowered in your own personal power you can do that and this is not to say that
you won't still be challenged and you know that there won't be days where you
know that they're firing at you all night and you wake up you just feel so
tired i'm not saying that that won't happen that will still
happen but you will be much more able to deal with
it psychologically emotionally physically because
you know essentially you're taking care of the the physical side of that and
that helps you mentally emotionally it's all related
spiritually and mentally emotionally physically you take care of the
spiritual helps you mentally emotionally physically
so we have to start um in my opinion this is my firm belief
looking spending some time every day an hour
every day and investing in ourselves because this
is a long fight so this time is well invested
please my advice would be not to think this is
wasting time because i could be on facebook putting out a few posts try and
do that as well while you do while you're learning about yourself and while
you're empowering yourself but just think that this is a long
term fight and that i need to invest in myself now
and maybe six months down the line maybe three months down the line who knows
maybe even a month online a couple weeks down the
line you may be in a better situation
