People seeking to destroy our credibility and deflect attention from their own crimes have ridiculed, misrepresented, vilified and impersonated "Targeted Individuals" in print and video for years. But there is growing recognition that many journalists, whistleblowers and activists have been illegally targeted for surveillance and violence by law enforcement.
