What Was MK-Ultra?
Before I relate Candy's story, it will help you to know some facts about Project MK-Ultra.
It was started by CIA Director, Allen Dulles, and headed by chemist Sydney Gottlieb.

So I dug into it a bit and found a bunch of interesting stuff.
MK Ultra began under other projects, ran for longer than admitted to and was used on all layers of society, even the very top.

The horrendous human experiments on unwitting test subjects ruined countless lives of victims, even resulting in death in some cases. Frank Olsen was one such case. Recruited to work for the U.S. Army Biological Warfare Laboratories under Ira Baldwin, Olsen became a senior bacteriologist. Olsen was then reassigned to work under the Technical Services Staff overseen by Sidney Gottlieb. While on a retreat with other Technical Service Staff members, Gottlieb spiked Frank Olsen’s drink with LSD. Frank Olsen subsequently experienced a mental breakdown in the days and weeks to follow and was put under the care of Harold Abramson, a doctor whose research in the area of LSD also significantly contributed to the MK Ultra program. On the final night of his treatment in New York, Frank Olsen fell from the 10th floor of his hotel room. The death was ruled a suicide, though suspicions of foul play were abound following revelations of Frank Olsen’s unwitting participation in Gottlieb’s MK Ultra experiment.
“This, I think, has a very good purpose, which is to cure important diseases, and, ultimately, to help secure humanity’s future as a civilization relative to A.I.” While taking a fatalistic approach to the inevitability of superior artificial intelligence, Musk concluded in an interview with Joe Rogan, that “It could be terrible, it could be great. It’s not clear. But one thing’s for sure, we won’t control it,” and added, “if you can’t beat it, join it.”

MKUltra And Sexual Abuse = “Operation Midnight Climax,”
In what was known as “Operation Midnight Climax,” the CIA constructed brothels in San Francisco, dosed unwitting victims with LSD, introduced them to prostitutes, and then filmed them from behind a one-way mirror. Some of the victims were CIA agents themselves, and the sex tapes were saved as potential blackmail material. In other cases, the victims were heroin addicts who agreed to take LSD in exchange for more heroin.
MKUltra experiments were also performed in Canada, where the CIA employed a British psychiatrist named Donald Ewen Cameron, who not only plied victims with drugs, he also gave them electroshock therapy “at thirty to forty times the normal power.” His experiments were so extreme that many victims permanently lost the ability to control their bowel movements and the ability to talk.
After MKUltra was discontinued, Canadian women came forward and said that they were filmed in some experiments when they were underage having sex with with government officials, again ostensibly to be used as potential blackmail material. The Canadian government eventually acknowledged its role in MKUltra and reached a settlement with over 100 victims for $100,000 each in damages.
In 1984, the US General Accounting Office released a report claiming that these sort of psychological drug experiments on unwitting citizens even predated MKUltra and had gone on between 1940 and 1974.
But At Least It’s Over, Right?
The MKUltra program was officially ended in 1973.
However, many experts in the workings of the CIA and government intelligence agencies insist
that the government continues performing exactly the same sort of mind-control experiments—
and possibly worse—using different code names.

In a US government memo from 1952, a program director asked, “Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against fundamental laws of nature, such as self-preservation?” It also listed the wide range of horrid abuses to which the victims would be subjected. These people were not bashful about their intent.
One portion of this extensive operation involved an attempt to create an assassins program, to learn if it were possible to kidnap a national in another country, conduct hypnosis and other techniques, then return them home to assassinate their leaders.

Another portion of this same program designed to control individuals totally, “I was sent to deal with the most negative aspects of the human condition. It was planned destructiveness. First, you’d check to see if you could destroy a man’s marriage. If you could, then that would be enough to put a lot of stress on the individual, to break him down. Then you might start a minor rumor campaign against him. Harass him constantly. Bump his car in traffic. A lot of it is ridiculous, but it may have a cumulative effect.” The theory, according to Gittinger’s personality tests, was that the creation of sufficient stress from destructive personal loss, combined with other programming including the application of psycho-chemical drugs, would either turn an enemy or render him totally neutralised.
